The ART HeadAmp 4 is a high-output, low-noise, low-distortion four-channel headphone amplifier that extends the connectivity of a mixer, audio interface or other sound source.

It features four output channels with independent volume controls. Each output has 1/4 inch and 1/8 inch stereo connections that can be used simultaneously, so up to eight pairs of headphones can be connected. With up to 20 dB of additional gain, the stereo 1/4 inch and 1/8 inch inputs take any line level or amplified headphone source, without creating any additional load on the existing headphone source. Inputs and outputs

The rear panel carries the stereo input as a 1/4 inch and a 1/8 inch jack wired in parallel, connected to any line level source or headphone output with a stereo T/R/S cord. A mono source, such as a mixer's monitor output, connects with a mono T/S to stereo T/R/S cord or adaptor, so the same signal reaches both ears. Each of the four channels, One to Four, has a 1/4 inch and a 1/8 inch stereo out with an output impedance of 47 Ω, driving a variety of headphone models with varying impedances.

Distribution and installation
