Product overview
The ECLER VEO-SWM44 is a compact 4K 4x1 presentation switcher that selects between 2 HDMI inputs, a USB-C input and a built-in wireless casting input to a single HDMI output, up to 4K at 60 Hz 4:4:4 with HDR10.
An integrated audio de-embedder provides a balanced stereo analogue output on Euroblock. Two USB 3.0 Type B host ports and two USB 3.0 Type A device ports let soft-codec applications and devices such as a webcam or KVM kit follow the selected computer, and the USB-C input carries video, USB data and up to 60 W of charging in one cable. Inputs are selected by auto-switching, front panel buttons or RS-232, the display is switched on and off through CEC or RS-232, and smart EDID management and HDCP 2.2 complete the package.
| 2 HDMI, USB‑C, wireless | 4 inputs |
| 4:4:4 HDR10 output, 18 Gbps | 4K / 60 Hz |
| USB‑C charging, data and video | 60 W |
| Shared USB devices | 2 USB hosts |

USB that follows the picture
Select HDMI PC1 and the USB devices are controlled by the PC1 host; select PC2 and they move to PC2; select the USB-C input and audio, video and data travel in one cable. The room camera, microphone or keyboard therefore always work with the computer on screen. With the wireless input selected, the USB devices are not used.
Wireless casting
The built-in wireless input mirrors a computer, phone or tablet to the display without additional applications. Devices can join the switcher's own hot-spot or share through an existing WiFi network, which keeps their internet access. A web page (192.168.203.1 by default) sets the network, output resolution, fit or zoom, password, device name, hidden hot-spot, compatible mode for older HDCP devices, WiFi channel and firmware updates.
Front panel control
SELECT steps through the four inputs; holding it for 3 seconds turns on auto-switching, which picks a newly connected source and falls back by priority (PC1, PC2, PC3, wireless by default) when one is removed. DISPLAY ON and OFF send CEC and RS-232 commands to the display, and a 4-pin DIP switch fixes the EDID from pass-through up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz with HDR, or one of five user-defined EDIDs.
