The GRACE DESIGN E414 is the Spacebar modular tube end plug: it attaches to the end of any of the 7/8 in Spacebar tubes and provides a threaded hole for guide line hooks or a thumb screw that acts as a safety stop for microphone holders.

Each end plug is fixed into the tube with an 8-32 x 1/4 in flat head screw. For hanging arrays, the s-hooks of the guide line yoke are mounted to the end plugs with a #10-32 x 1/2 in button head cap screw, so the array can be aimed precisely. Fitted with a thumb screw instead, the end plug keeps mic holders from sliding off the tube end.

How do I attach guide line hooks?

Mount the s-hook to the end plug with the #10-32 x 1/2 in button head cap screw using a 1/8 in hex wrench. Do not tighten the screw so much that it binds the s-hook; its thread locking compound keeps it from loosening.
