Product overview
The GRACE DESIGN SB-SMA is the Spacebar modular stand mount adapter: it clamps on a 7/8" Spacebar tube and mounts the array on a microphone stand with its 5/8"-27 thread, and comes with a 3/8-16 European style thread adapter.
Because the stand mount adapter can move front to back on the tube, it is set at the balance point of the array for maximum stability; moving it forward or rearward of the balance point sets the vertical angle of a hanging array. The SB-HB hanging bar threads into the SB-SMA for ceiling rigging. For large multichannel arrays and whenever a lighting stand is used, the heavy duty SB-SMA-HD for 5/8" (16 mm) pin and 1-1/8" junior socket stands is recommended.
