The LYNX Hilo Rack V2 is the 2U rack for mounting a LYNX Hilo converter in a standard 19" rack: 16 gauge steel with a black powder coat finish and vented front panels (model LYN-HILORACK-V2).
Heavier than most rack shelves, the Hilo Rack is pre-drilled with four holes positioned to mount the Hilo securely, using the same screw holes as the Hilo's feet. It ships with simple instructions for a five-minute installation, and the rack with a Hilo mounted takes up exactly two spaces. This version 2 rack was custom designed in the US: its side cooling front panels are sized for maximum cooling through the Hilo's side vents, and the steel is strong enough to hold the wide range of cables coming off the back of the Hilo.
