The swivel mount has a 5/8"-27 female thread, plus a thread adapter to connect to 1/2" and 3/8" stands, so the microphone mounts directly on the cable's swivel mount. The cable has double twist braiding as shield, a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 10 m. Even with very long NEUMANN cables the electroacoustic characteristics of the microphone are not affected; only with cable lengths well over 300 m does a high-frequency roll-off become noticeable. Other cable lengths are available upon request.
