Product overview
The NEUMANN PA 100 pistonphone adapter allows a calibration pistonphone for 1" measuring microphones to be attached to each ear channel stud of the KU 100 dummy head, so each ear system can be calibrated separately.
For precise coupling the adapter is pushed onto the stub of the ear system all the way to the stop; the head is opened and the ear system lifted out as described in the KU 100 operating instructions. The PA 100 adds an insertion loss of 1.7 dB between pistonphone and ear system, which is taken into account in the calculation.
