Product overview
The SEETRONICS SCBDM3-V is a 3-pin XLR male socket for vertical PCB mount, installed from the rear of the panel, for audio equipment, mixing consoles, amplifiers and other devices that need balanced audio connections.
A separate ground contact connects to both the mating connector shell and the front panel. With its polyamide housing, gold plated copper alloy contacts and only 23 mm between centres, the socket allows high packing density on crowded panels. It is fixed from behind the panel with ST2.9 self-tapping screws, 8 mm long, tightened clockwise to 0.45 Nm, on panels up to 3.0 mm thick.

Installation
Install the socket on the back of the panel at the panel cut-out and tighten the ST2.9 x 8 mm self-tapping screws clockwise with 0.45 Nm torque. The maximum panel thickness is 3.0 mm. Panel and PCB cut-out sizes are given in the official data sheet drawings.

Setup
