The SEETRONICS SCHF3 is a 3-core XLR female cable plug with a stainless steel housing and gold plated contacts, engineered for professional audio in the studio, on stage and outdoors.
Hard, durable and reliable, the SCHF3 combines a new appearance design and smoother operation with a new grounding system that gives good total contact between the chassis and cable connectors. It resists drops and pressure and keeps operating stably under harsh conditions. The boot carries a polyurethane sealing sleeve that protects the cable from bending pressure, and a groove on the boot takes a coloured ring for coding and identification. It accepts cables of 3.5 to 8.5 mm with conductors up to 2.5 mm² (14 AWG).

Four parts, quick assembly
Each SCHF3 comes in a bag with its inner core, housing, cable clamp and boot. Put the cable through the boot, strip it, solder the conductors to the inner core terminals, snap the clamp onto the soldered cable and clip it into the inner core, push the inner core into the housing so that its two ribs meet the two grooves, then tighten the boot clockwise.
Materials and standards
Stainless steel housing, copper alloy contacts with gold plating, PA insert, POM strain relief and a PA / TPE boot. The plug is rated IP40, UL 94 HB, for -30 °C to +80 °C, complies with IEC 61076-2-103 and its solderability complies with IEC 68-2-20.
