Product overview
The ECLER IG108i is a ground-standing 2-way outdoor loudspeaker, water-resistant to IP65, with a 360° omnidirectional horizontal dispersion pattern for outdoor music and paging.
An 8 inch aramid-fibre woofer and a 1 inch silk dome tweeter cover 61 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) with 100 W continuous, 200 W program and 400 W peak power handling. In a standard application one unit covers a circular area with an average radius of 4 to 6 m. It works at 8 Ω or on 70 V and 100 V lines with a 10, 20, 40 or 80 W tap switch, and comes in green (RAL 6028) or sand (RAL 1001).
| 200 W program, 400 W peak | 100 W RMS |
| 100 V line taps | 10‑80 W |
| Effective range (-10 dB) | 61 Hz - 20 kHz |
| Horizontal dispersion | 360° |

Connections and power selector
The external multi-wire cable connects with red (+) and black (-) for 8 Ω or 100 V, and white (+) and black (-) for 70 V; seal each joint with one of the three waterproof wire connectors supplied. The IG108i leaves the factory with the selector in the 100 V / 70 V position; on 70 V lines the 100 V tap powers are halved (40, 20, 10 or 5 W). Never connect a 70 V or 100 V line with the selector at 8 Ω. ECLER recommends an amplifier of 200 W RMS.
Installation
The loudspeaker is designed to rest directly on firm ground. For additional security it can be fastened through the two safety anchor holes in its base (anchors or screws not included). Keep obstacles out of the path between the loudspeaker and the listeners.
