Product overview

The ECLER KICK-SB18 is a wooden outdoor subwoofer reinforcement cabinet with an 8 inch water resistant treated cone woofer, delivering 350 W RMS at 8 Ω and weather protected to IP46.

Built for long-term reliability, the KICK-SB18 uses an 18 mm birch plywood enclosure with a polyurea coating and an aluminium grille. It covers 25 Hz to 4.8 kHz (-10 dB) with 91 dB sensitivity and up to 122 dB peak SPL, and can be wall-mounted with the included bracket or placed vertically or horizontally on the included rubber feet. Two Speakon connectors provide an input and a stack output for a second cabinet.

Three ways to install

Fit the four rubber feet to the base to stand the subwoofer vertically, or remove the brackets and fit the feet to the side to lay it horizontally. For wall mounting, fix the included bracket to the wall (dowels and screws not supplied) and hang the cabinet. The logo on the grille can be rotated to suit each position, and the connector cover can sit on the bottom or on the side.

Connection and amplification

Remove the cover, connect the Speakon 4C (pins +1 and -1) and replace the cover.
