Product overview
The ECLER VEO-XWT44E is an HDBaseT wall plate transmitter in European 2-gang format with two HDMI inputs and a USB-C input: with the VEO-XRT44 receiver it extends 4K up to 40 m, or Full HD up to 70 m, over a single Cat cable.
It supports real 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 YUV video with HDR10 and up to 18 Gbps. The inputs are selected with the front SOURCE / AUTO button, by automatic switching or over RS-232, and IR and bidirectional RS-232 travel with the video. A second button switches a display on and off via CEC, or sends commands programmed by IR learning or RS-232. Bidirectional power over the link lets the wall plate be powered by the receiver and vice versa.

| 4K with the VEO‑XRT44 | 40 m |

Display on and off from the wall
The blue-backlit DISPLAY ON/OFF button sends CEC and RS-232 on and off commands, and can be programmed by IR learning or RS-232; RS-232 commands also cover volume and mute.
Simple wiring
Behind the plate: HDBT OUT (12 - 48 V) to the receiver, DC IN for the 24 V adapter, DC OUT to power a compatible device, IR IN and RS-232 terminal blocks. RS-232 runs at 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity.
