Product overview
The TASCAM CA-AK1-N is the accessory shoe mount adapter for compatible cameras of the CA-XLR2d-N system. It is one of the CA-AK1 conversion adapters that let a single TASCAM CA-XLR2d connect to cameras of different systems.
Fit it in place of the adapter currently on your CA-XLR2d and the same XLR mic adapter can be used with the compatible cameras supported by the CA-XLR2d-N kit, through the camera's accessory shoe. The CA-AK1 range covers four versions: CA-AK1-C, CA-AK1-F and CA-AK1-N accessory shoe mount adapters for compatible cameras, and the CA-AK1-AN cold shoe mount adapter for analogue connection cameras. Two adapter attachment screws are supplied, and setup follows the CA-XLR2d Reference Manual.

Setup

- Mount the CA-XLR2d on the camera accessory shoe.
- Keep the supplied covers on the connectors whenever the adapter is not in use.
