Product overview
The ART PowerMix III is a three channel stereo mini mixer for line sources, with pan and level controls on every channel, a master level and two headphone outputs.
Each channel has dual 1/4 inch inputs that accept mono or stereo sources, with controls for level and panning. A master level control sets the main outputs, and a shared level control serves the two headphone jacks. It is a compact mixing and submixing solution for synthesizers, sound modules, media players and other line sources, mixing them down to stereo or identical left / right mono signals.
| Stereo or mono 1/4 inch inputs | 3 channels |
| On every channel | Pan + level |
| With shared level control | 2 x headphones |
| THD | < 0.005 % |
Key features
- Three input channels, each with its own pan and level controls
- Three sets of 1/4 inch left and right unbalanced inputs
- Right inputs may be used for mono signals
- Master Level control regulates all three channels
- Left and right unbalanced 1/4 inch outputs
- Dual stereo 1/4 inch headphone outputs, so two headsets can be connected at once
- Headphone Level control regulates both headphone outputs
Mono or stereo sources
Stereo sources plug into the separate left and right inputs of channels 1 to 3. Mono sources go into the Right input of any channel, and the channel's Pan control places them in the stereo image; ART does not recommend connecting two mono sources to one channel.
Outputs and headphones
The left and right unbalanced 1/4 inch outputs feed a mixer, recorder or computer, with the Master Level setting the final level. Two stereo headphone jacks let two people listen at the same time, with one Headphone Level control for both.
In the box
- PowerMix III mixer
- 12 V DC adapter (listed as included in ART's product sheet)
