Product overview

The ECLER WPaVOL-J is a remote wall panel control for one volume management, with a stereo mini-jack connector on the front panel. It works with every ECLER device that has a 0-10 V DC REMOTE control port, such as the NXA series, GPA series, MIMO88, MPA-R, ALMA and CA series, and connects over one RJ45 cable. The WPa series has a modern, elegant and discreet design, and a surface-mount installation box is included.

WPa is ECLER's series of remote control wall panels for systems and for interconnecting audio signals, with a modern, elegant and discreet design in white (RAL 9016). Every panel of the series comes with a surface-mount installation box, and a magnetic frame holds the front plate in place.

Key features

  • LEVEL knob for remote volume control (0-10 V DC)
  • Stereo mini-jack (AUX) on the front panel
  • RJ45 connection for control voltage and power
  • Internal jumpers: ALOG (analogue) / LIN (digital), +10 / +12 V
  • Surface-mount installation box included

Works with ECLER REMOTE ports

The WPaVOL-J sends a 0-10 V DC control voltage over a standard RJ45 cable: pin 2 carries the remote volume (10 V = minimum, 0 V = maximum) and pin 6 the +10 V / +12 V supply from the controlled device. It is compatible with ECLER devices that have a 0-10 V DC REMOTE port, such as the NXA series, GPA series, MIMO88, MPA-R, ALMA and CA series.

Front mini-jack input

A stereo mini-jack (AUX) on the front plate lets users plug in a phone, tablet or laptop; its terminal block (sleeve, ring, tip) is wired to a line input of the system.

Analogue or digital control ports

Internal jumpers set the panel for analogue REMOTE ports (ALOG, +10 V: factory default) or for digital inputs such as MIMO88 GPI ports (LIN, +12 V).

In the box

  • 1 x WPaVOL-J wall panel
  • 1 x surface-mount installation box
