The ELECTRO-VOICE EVID-S 8.2T is the 70 / 100 V version of the two-way 8-inch EVID-S surface-mount loudspeaker, sold in pairs: a 60 W transformer with taps for 70 V or 100 V plus 8 Ω bypass, set from a rear switch, for high-power distributed zones.
It reaches 50 Hz to 20 kHz with a wide 90° x 90° pattern, goes up fast on the pre-assembled swivelling mount (90° horizontal, 45° vertical, walls or ceilings) and carries IP54 for outdoor use: right for big retail and hospitality, paging and sound reinforcement alongside background and foreground music.

Easy installation
Pre-wire the wall mount (built-in bubble level), protect it with the paint cover until construction is complete, then slide the pre-wired loudspeaker onto the mount and lock it into place.
