The ELECTRO-VOICE EVOLVE 30M is a compact portable column system with a built-in eight-channel digital mixer: six 2.8-inch neodymium drivers in the column for ultra-wide 120° x 40° coverage, a 10-inch subwoofer and 1000 W of Class-D power, split 500 W to the column and 500 W to the subwoofer.

Load in light and still fill the room. Made for solo musicians, small groups, mobile entertainers and smaller venues, the EVOLVE 30M comes ready to go with the speaker array, symmetrical aluminium pole connectors with internal wiring and magnetically assisted latching, the subwoofer and a carry bag for the poles and array. Carry less, cover more

The full-range column array uses six custom 2.8-inch neodymium drivers and custom-designed waveguides for room-filling 120° coverage, while the array-formed 40° asymmetrical vertical pattern directs the sound towards both sitting and standing listeners. The composite enclosure has an ergonomic aluminium handle and four rear tuning ports; the 10-inch subwoofer sits in a 15 mm wood enclosure with a high-efficiency laminar-flow vent.

Mixer built in

The integrated, fully programmable eight-channel digital mixer has professional-grade preamps, per-channel three-band EQ, effects and aux sends, a seven-band graphic EQ on the main and aux outputs, and two effects channels with 30 studio-quality presets. MIX OUT carries the post-fader mix (mono, stereo left or stereo right) to another system, AUX OUT a separate aux mix or the main mix, and a footswitch turns the effects on and off.

Run it from your phone

The QuickSmart Mobile app uses Bluetooth Low Energy for wireless configuration, control, mixing and monitoring of all parameters of up to six EVOLVE 30M systems simultaneously. High-resolution, low-latency Bluetooth audio streaming on INPUT 7/8 plays music or accompaniment from a phone or tablet. Bluetooth is available in select countries.

Connect without cables

Join the two aluminium pole sections, insert them into the subwoofer and place the column on top: the poles route the signal internally and latch with magnetic assist. The column and poles travel in the included carry bag for single-trip portability.

Do I need an external mixer?

No. The EVOLVE 30M has an eight-channel digital mixer with four mic / line inputs, a Hi-Z instrument input, stereo line inputs and Bluetooth audio, plus effects and graphic EQ.

Can I use condenser microphones?

Yes. +15 V phantom power is always on at the XLR connectors of inputs 1-4 (not the TRS), with a safety circuit that protects devices that do not need it.

Can two systems play in stereo?

Yes. Set MIX OUT on the master system to R and connect it to INPUT 5 of the second system: the master plays the left channel and the satellite the right.

Does it come in white?

Yes. The EVOLVE 30M is available in black and in white.
