The FONESTAR AIP-GATE is an audio over IP channel programmer with a web interface and a web API, so an AIP installation can run without a PC.

AIP-GATE allows the creation, programming and broadcasting of AIP audio channels over the local area network (LAN), so you can eliminate the use of PCs in your AIP installation. It generates background music channels, messages and IP audio events and streams them by multicast; through its web interface you select the audio channel and configure all system devices. It incorporates the Web API for Integration (RESTful API) and 32 GB of internal storage. It is the ideal solution in large shopping centres, schools and office buildings.

A system without a PC

Once the channels are programmed in AIP-GATE, the music channels, messages and events are generated and streamed by the unit itself, so no PC has to stay switched on in the installation.

Control from the browser

The web interface lets the user select the audio channel of each zone and configure the devices of the system from any computer on the network. AIP-GATE also acts as the SIP server of the system.

Integration

The Web API for Integration (RESTful API) opens the AIP system to other control systems of the building.
