Product overview
The SONODYNE SVX 101 is a compact 2-way wall mount speaker featuring a 4 inch low frequency woofer and a 0.5 inch high frequency tweeter, with direct and line matching transformer connectivity and a dedicated L-type wall mounting bracket.
In direct mode the SVX 101 is an 8 Ω speaker handling 20 W, with 88 dB sensitivity (1 W, 1 m, half space) and 94 dB SPL at 5 W. Through its line matching transformer (LMT) it takes 5 W from a 100 V line or 2.5 W from a 70 V line. The moulded ABS enclosure is available in black or white.

Direct and line matching transformer connectivity
The SVX 101 works directly from a low impedance amplifier at 8 Ω (20 W power handling) or on constant voltage lines through its line matching transformer: 5 W on 100 V, 2.5 W on 70 V. The rear label of the official pictures reads 100V - 5W and INPUT above the colour coded push terminals.
Compact ABS enclosure
The moulded ABS enclosure measures 135 x 188 x 123 mm (W x H x D) and the speaker weighs 1.8 kg. It is mounted on the wall with the supplied L-type bracket.
