Product overview
The HARRISON D510 Rack with Mixer combines the D510r ten-slot 500 Series rack with the D510mx mixer: a 10 x 2 analog summing mixer with two headphone outputs in only 3U.
Bring the depth and three-dimensional soundstage of HARRISON analog summing to your studio or live console. With the D510mx in slots 9 and 10, the eight remaining 500 Series slots and two extra analog inputs become a custom HARRISON mixer: add eight 32Cpre+ preamps for a portable tracking rig, combine preamps with EQ and dynamics modules, or sum digital stems for analog warmth.
| 500 Series rack, 3U | 10 slots |
| Analog summing mixer | 10 x 2 |
| Headphone outputs | 2 |
| Maximum main output level | +24 dBu |

The D510r rack
The D510r houses up to ten standard 500 Series modules in a rugged 3U, 19" steel enclosure. Its built-in power supply delivers 30 % more power per module than the standard 500 Series specification (170 mA per slot), for exceptional stability and ample headroom. Every slot has a female XLR input and a male XLR output, an XLR - DIGITAL switch that selects the rear XLR or the D/A converter of an interface card, and stereo link jumpers between odd and even slots.
D510mx analog summing mixer
The D510mx uses slots 9 and 10 and turns the D510r into a 10 x 2 analog summing mixer: the outputs of slots 1-8 and the rear XLR inputs of slots 9 and 10 each get a routing switch with LED, pan and level. The main stereo output has its own level control and L/R meters, and two headphone outputs on TRS jacks have independent levels and a blend control, while every slot keeps its own direct output.
A high-performance tracking rig with analog summing
Add eight 32Cpre+ 500 Series mic pre modules and build a portable HARRISON tracking rig, or combine them with EQ and dynamics modules for a custom eight-channel HARRISON mixer. Use it as a summing mixer adding analog warmth to digital stems, to sum discrete outputs of drum machines and samplers, or for console-grade recording on the road.
Grow one module at a time
Whether in the studio, on stage or on the big screen, the D510 system grows with your production. Fill the free slots with any 500 Series modules, such as HARRISON's 32Cpre+ mic preamp, MR3eq parametric EQ and Comp compressor, and build the rig your sessions need.

HARRISON D510 Rack with Mixer: frequently asked questions
Are 500 Series modules included?
Only the parts listed in this set are included. Fill the free slots with any standard 500 Series modules, such as HARRISON's 32Cpre+, MR3eq and Comp.
How many modules can I use with the D510mx installed?
Eight: the D510mx uses slots 9 and 10, and their rear XLR inputs become mixer inputs 9 and 10.
Can I add an interface card later?
Yes. The D510dante (network audio) or D510ua (USB + ADAT) card fits in place of the rear blank plate; the headphone blend then mixes in the interface return.
How is the D510r mounted?
In a 19" rack, 3U high. Fit all rack screws, use a rack shelf where possible, and leave ventilation space above and below.
