Product overview

The LYNX LT-TB3 is a two-port Thunderbolt 3 LSlot interface card for Aurora(n) and Hilo converters, giving direct connection to Thunderbolt 3 equipped computers and daisy-chaining of up to six Thunderbolt devices plus a display.

Thunderbolt 3 supports a 40 Gbps bi-directional data rate, far more bandwidth than multichannel audio needs even at the highest sample rates, and the LT-TB3 connects the Aurora(n) and Hilo without Thunderbolt adapters. Thunderbolt 1 and 2 devices work with a customer-supplied adapter. A 12 V DC input on the card powers bus-powered devices further down the chain. LYNX does not restrict how you connect your devices: with the LSlot expansion port the connection can be changed whenever you need, now and when new standards become available, without replacing the whole interface.
