Product overview
The TASCAM RC-W100-R86 is a wall-mounted programmable controller for the TASCAM MX-8A matrix mixer, sized for switch boxes used mainly in Europe.
An easy-to-read LCD, one rotary encoder with push switch and four push switches let users in meeting rooms, lecture halls, shops, restaurants and multipurpose spaces switch sources and adjust or mute volume. Functions are assigned in TASCAM MX CONNECT, so only the needed controls are offered. Mode 1 selects up to 4 sources directly with the switches; Mode 2 selects up to 8 sources from the screen. Up to 8 units can be daisy-chained with Cat5e or higher cable up to 200 m, and power is supplied from the MX-8A over RS-485. The RC-W100-R120 is the same controller in a different panel size.
